Sorry about that, maybe they enforced the non-transferable fine print. About 4 years ago, I kept doing their surveys for the promised $5 coupon that never came. Last time I ordered from MD was about 4 years ago and they sent me the coupon this week. Maybe check your junk mails from the post office.
