You could try browsing through www.anonymizer.com
Otherwise you may have to try using a free proxy, which means a bit of editing with your browser settings and the trouble of finding a valid IP. The first option might be your best bet. ;)

Probably already logged your attempts to hit Ebay & anoymizer, better look on the corporate site under "Severance Packages" ;)
