Default thnk my damsel got ich

well on my freshwater tanks, when the weather changed like this it was common for some of my cichlids to get ich. i think my damsel may have gotten ich.

my tank has a 9" snowflake eel in it, a flame scallop, a horseshoe crab and a damsel. various snails also inhabit the tank.

can the scallop and eel get ich also?

Ich is a fish disease. Scallops are mollusks.

so the scallop is good. what about the eel? ive removed the damsel and am starting hyposalinity now.

current salinity is 1.023, looking to drop to 1.009 correct?

Correct. That is if whatever you are using to measure salinity is accurate. If its off by .002 you can end up with a dead fish.
