I don't think my TDS meter is working just right. Does anyone know where they will test the water in SA and if so do you have a preference on where to go?

What makes you say its not working?

I have an in and an out meter and one says zero and the other says about 20 in the same water. In addition to this and probably more important is that I started having more algae blooms when I add more water to the aquarium. Unless I am missing something here, I think my tds meter is not working properly.
