    Default RO unit question...please help

Hi...if anyone has the Water General RD-106 would you please give me a call soon. Im having a problem setting it up. my number is 512 639-4355. Thank you very much. Im josh.

maybe it isnt a problem but I set it up using the faucet adapter....I tried hooking it up by the directions. When I turn it on...it seems like it runs though the system. There is a lot of water coming out of the drain tube though. There is a flow restrictor but is it normal for it to be bypassing that much water?

I think there is about a 5:1 ratio of flush water to product water. RO's are not exactly efficient. I just run mine out to the garden. My Hydrangea soaks it up.

It will take some time. It will run about 20 gallons thru it and slow down. Mine did. But I have the RO/DI system from Coralife.

Just make sure the flush valve is set to the closed position. I have the very same one.
