No, not boring at all. Seahorses really interesting, but take extra care. so if you are considering it read up a lot, buy tank raised, and plan on being able to feed twice a day. i believe it is because SH cannot store energy effectively, they must feed often. Companions can be pipe fish, inverts, many less potent corals, seagrasses, macro algae, gobies, blennies, many passive fishes, gorgonians, sponges.
