Very nice tank Rich... ya know you might be able to save your tank with some preplanning you might be able to bring your fish corals and sme of your live rock with you if you fly rather than drive down to the Hood, maybe some of the yankee maastards "North of San Antonio " with some buckets of saltwater to hold em for you till you get a new tank up and running

rich, it just so happens I have a friend that lives in temple.. he's not a reefer, but we might be able to work something out with buckets and some power heads... hell, I need an excuse to visit him.

if your interested, let me know, i will see if he can help you out.

that would be great if i could do something to keep some of my stuff...but i dont know how long it will take to get my tank back up and running...i now take things very slow...i would hate to rush it and lose stuff...but it is very nice of you to offer...i wonder if i could send people frags of mine and when i do get my tank back up if i could get part of them back...that way everyone wins...cuz i dont leave for a bit...so they would have time to grow...and when i m there and ready i can get a part of it back...has anyone ever done something like that???........its just a idea...let me know what yall think.........rich

im game on the frag thing. what's the time table on the move? i have a 125 gall tank empty in my garage that i could set up in my breakfast room to house your stuff. the problem would be getting it here. if you could pack it up an ship it, maybe that would work. send me a pm if you want to talk about it and ill send you my phone # so we can actually talk.

well the move will not be tell nov....but i want to send frags out way before...somewhere around the being of the year....i dont think you have to set up a new tank for my frags.....the reason i want to send some that fast is cuz it will give them time to grow and i can take part of it back when im set up...i m not tring to keep all of my tank...i know ill have to get new rock and sand, and im cool with that...it sucks...but i cant ask someone to make a whole tank just to hold my stuff...lol...it would be nice thu...hehe ...rich

no really, we were gonna set that tank up as a prop tank in the breakfast room anyway at some point, so this may be a way for you to keep everything. just an idea - may not be worth the trouble for you. if it is something you want to discuss, send me a pm with a phone # so we can talk about it.
