    Default feather dusters

    what do you guys think about feather dusters? i have at least 30 growing all over my rocks, some red some white. i like them, i think there pretty cool and im guessing that this a good sign that there growing everywhere.

    i have a ton of those little guys too, but some people dont like them because they can become a little invasive.

    I think they are great, they are a great suprise when you find them in your tank, and they will help clean you water since they are filter feeders.

    They mean your water quality is good and your tank is thriving. 6 line wrasses and other fish eat them, but more will grow.

    Cool! I have tons too. My tank and been going a month and I have a cleaner crew and 2 clowns. Almost daily I find new ones. I have 2 that have gotten fairly large and 1 of those has two feather ends on it. I have about 5 other small ones that have come out. They are awesome looking. Mine are purple looking with brown and some look white. They are neat.

    I have alot of smaller ones in my tank too and they are very cool. The sides of my sump and fuge are completely covered with the little tiny red ones that have hard white curved tubes. Those guys grow everywhere!

    LOL...I raided Brians sump earlier..he has a forest in there...to hopefully get them going in my nano...every bit helps in small tanks and Im not gonna say 'no' to free filtration...lol
