Wood Rats

Does anybody here no about "wood rats"? My tenant in our rental house told me yesterday that she had an exterminator check the house and he told her that there were wood rats in the walls and he would have to trap for them and then tear out the walls when they died. I have never heard of these crittters and wonder if anybody here knows of a good exterminator I can call. Thanks.

i kill em all the time with the rat bait cubes from lowes. if you leave a good bucket of water out after you poison em, they will come to it to drink lots of water just before they die. just make sure the cubes are out of reach of dogs (dont ask) and of course little ones!

C and B Pest Control 656-7169 tell them Daniel sent you. They can trap or poison and show you how to exclude them from the house. If you bait yourself you can use bait boxes that keep dogs and little hands out.

Hey Guys

Thanks for your help -- because it is a rental and there are 2 young children that live there I'm going to call C&B. Good call to find where they are getting in and eliminate that access.
