    Default Anyone shoot a .17HMR?

I was at Academy sports buying shotguns and ended up getting a Marlin .17hmr as well. Just a plain simple stock but nice little bull barrel and 7rd mag and only $179 which is a heck of a reasonable price for the little gun! The trigger isn't bad for a rimfire but went ahead and ordered a riflebasix trigger for it and also placed a order with Richards micro-fit for a silhouette stock in tigerwood laminate. Richards makes some excellent stocks and have used many before but this is the first time I have put any money into a rimfire. Cool little gun and smokin little round! We are going quail hunting at the lake tomorrow and sunday so will try it out on some rabbits. Curious if anyone else has a .17?

    I have had multiple .17's.

The only one I have now is a FACTORY custom SAKO "Original Wildcat" .17-223.
    This little gun is unbielevable!!
It about 30 years old and in perfect condidtion.
It was made before .17 rem was even chambered.
