    Default Tank going down hill

For the last month or so my 100 gallon here at home has been going down hill. I checked the water parameters and they were good.(I know what is good). Things started going away. The Zoos weren't opening. The xenia were dying off. The leather died etc. we changed water once a week. Hermit crabs died scallop died. Then Tuesday night my wife tells me to come and look in the tank. I found the starfish we had purchased a while back on top of the new mushrooms we got at the meeting at CB pets. He wa having the super buffet. Talked with Alex Wolf last night and discovered this harmless starfish we bought a while back is a chocolatechip star. Who likes to eat anything. <_< He wasn't labled a chocolatechip only just starfish. Why didn't Fintique tell us this instead of just starfish. I checked my books and Alex is right the picture matches and he is listed as a carnivore :o . Needless to say I have one 3-4 inch starfish if anyone has something that is hungry. Does aanyone how long it will take for the tank to come back? So if you live on the NWside of SA lmk I will deliver him. Free.

Talk to C. Mydas or Greenmako. I'm sure they can find a good home for it. :skeezy Until it gets fed to the shrimp!!

Remember to run carbon as well! We can test for only so much in our small aquariums (speaking in relative terms) and many times the toxins that many corals and anemones put out in chemical warfare can have an adverse affect on your tank. Carbon absorbs many of these chemicals that cannot be tested for.

    Peace out,
