    What size is your tank?

You may know this, but your not supposed to medicate lionfish since they don't have a slime coat. I had a lot of fish die initially. You have to go slow when added fish to a tank that is not well established...sorry for you losses.

Tank is 110g and has been up and running for 10 months with no probs. I didnt know you were not supposed to medicate fish, the fish lady told me to go ahead, ****.

What should I do now if I want to continue the tank?

When you did your water change did you de-chlorinate your water? I had this problem twice so I contacted Kent Engineering. RO filters typically remove 2 ppm of chlorine, my local rural water district had over dosed my water with 4 ppm of chlorine. Now I use 2 stage charcoal filters and I still add chlorine/chloramine drops to make sure. Chlorine and Choramines or using a new garden water hose will kill your fish quickly. Don't quit! Let your tank go for a while, do a major water change maybe add some more live rock change it up but don't quit!

I use Aquasafe everytime I do a water change, and my water here is pretty good right out of the tap, but I do treat it just in case.

I just dont know why it all heppend so quick. I think the Powder Blue brought the gill disease in to the tank, cause he was the first to go followed by the rest. :(

Not saying don't medicate fish, saying don't medicate Lion Fish. there are certain fish that can and can not handle certain types of medications. Like you eel for instance, will not make it if you use cooper or even if there is cooper residue in the tank at very low levels. A lot of fish can not handle cooper; but you need to research and check before medicating and trusting your LFS and compare it to what you have in the tank.

QT, QT, QT all new fish and protect your display....dang now i sould like Wet Web Media! LOL

Hate to hear about your looses, but don't give up. Every failure teaches you something!
