egg crate? i think that's what it's called. the grid like plastic stuff use in sumps and what not. anyone know where i can get a sheet of this.4x8

Don't know about 4x8, but Home Depot and Lowe's carry it in the lighting section in 2x4.

Yes, it is called egg crate, though you may have to explain it to the folks at the store. It should be in the lighting section at HD. I've seen it over near the lumber in some Lowe's.
