One way I make the pictures smaller is that I open the photo in Microsoft Paint. From there I do a Edit, Select All, then Image, Stretch/Skew. In the Stretch/Skew you change the stretch values to 25% hornizontal and 25% vertical. Then go to Edit and Copy. To make things easier I just open up a new Paint program and go to Paste. Make sure the photo is showing with no white work area around it. If there is just resize the white work area to the exact photo size. Go to File, Save As JPEG and then your file name. It will be ready to go ;)
