    Default Way ahead of schedule

I cant believe the clow pair that I just got have already laid eggs. I didnt notice any egg laying behavior at all but without a doubt them thar be eggs.

My wife freaked out when I said we can't save them. I promised her I'd ask so I'm pleading for any advise on how to save these "nemo's". In the future I will use the tech's I've found online but that requires a removable surface. This "clutch" is on an immovable object and can't be taken out before hatching.

Just went through the same thing. Layed eggs the night beore a vacation. I gave my wife the clownfish book and showed her what was involved in raising the fry with a price list... That ended the "Saving Nemo" mission.

Yep Diego that's the one. I would say that's the best clownfish breeding book out.

I think Instar is going to be set up to start raising clowns again pretty soon. I bet he would be more than happy to come "rescue" any future eggs you might have. He's currently in the process of revamping his set up for captive rearing of clowns. I think he wants to extend his operation beyond just the gold stripes he's raised in the past.
