    Default RO / DI Shutoff

    Just bought a new one of these and it didnt come with instructions.

    It has two inlets and two outlets.
    Can someone check their system and get me a simple diagram.
    It said on the website I needed a check valve,so I have that too.

    I want to install it between my RO/DI unit and the water storage tank, which has a float valve on it.

    Thanks everyone.

    Hi,

    I found this...

    You want the valve to shut off the water going to the RO/DI unit. That way the waste water stops too. The other two ports make a pressure difference sensor. Difference in pressure makes the valve open. No difference in pressure makes the valve shut.

    Your valve is labeled ASO Valve in the diagram. I really like using a bladder tank, but you probably don't need one.

    Big whorls have little whorls, Which feed on their velocity;
    And little whorls have lesser whorls, And so on to viscosity
