I had a problem with my controller and although Sbreef was able to help me figure out the problem the service at this place was excellent. They offered advice extremely fast by email the same day which would have also worked for me or offered to have me return it so they could fix it. When I returned the email letting them know the problem had been fixed I got another email within 30 miuntes letting me know they were happy it was working now.

Never had many companies email back that quick from their service departments. Great customer service from what I can see.
