Awsome Heater

ok i know many people may not care but some people may. I am puttin in a on demand water heater that will give you hot water as long as you are running hot water in your house. there are some pics of the heater and the box will sit flush into the wall. right now it is out of the wall cause i just cut the brick out to test fit it. i am only putting this up cause i knwo some people have problems with a heater and may think about changing it. I have put MANY in and not one person is unpleased with it. and i love them. they have remote thermostats that you can put in your shower so you can adjust the temp incase you like it REAL HOT. or in the case of small kids you can take it down to a temp of 96 so the kids cant scald themselves. if anyone cares or wants to knwo more please ask questions. they only come in gas and will only last in this town with a water softner.

these are pics of the heater and the box it will sit in. thereis a cover that goes on it and you will not see it. just a white box. with this style i got you can mount it outside and it had a direct vent so nothing has to go through the roof. but if you want they make them with vents incase you have to put it in your house.

My sister and her husband have been using one for over two years now. They would not trade it for the world. It is on demand and they never run out of hot water. I don't know what brand it is but two years ago it cost them two legs and an arm. They still love it.

yeah this is true. ON average they cost 1800-2500 installed with everything you need. more if its like mine and havine to run a NEW GAS line. luckly all it cost me is the heater since i am the plumber. they are not cheap but they have been tested and with water softners and proper care they have lasted on the upwards of 20 years since they are not "ON" all the time.
