Not quite yet. Amazingly I think most are going to make it.

I've had pleanty of corals that RTN's in the bag in the past within just the overnight shipping with no errors. I can't believe these are doing so well.

Right now the Soli, zoas, and two of the stags look the worst. I moved the zoathids to my 18g with pc lighting tonight. They were in my main system in a lower flow area under a ledge a little so they wouldn't get burned. I don't know if they needed more or less light/flow as I'm not experienced with these.

This actually has turned in to a GOOD situation. I'm 100% covered if any of these don't make it through the weekend as it will be blamed on the shipping....which it might very well still be the cause if they die. Either way financially I'm covered, but some of these you just can't go buy another until it's grown.

Pics hopefully of healthy stuff coming on Saturday.

OK, Zoanthid masters out there. I need some advice.

Everyting on the shipment has pulled through so far except the Zoas and the Danae dosen't look perfect.

On the Zoanthids, I've moved them to a tank with PC lighting where I have some other Zoas, star polyps, rics etc that have been doing super well.

It's now been a little over 3 days since they came in and the free "blues" are mostly open. But, the main red skirt/blue center in the picture only have like 2 kind of open with the rest all closed up. I don't see any white stuff (I don't think) like Joshua warned to look out for.

Do Zoanthids stay closed for a few days sometimes when shipped/stressed?

    Thanks,

    Todd

Yes, I have had them stay closed up for a week. I'd put them so they can get a good medium water flow across them and all the way up top if your running PC on that tank.

Thanks Tim. I know I've had them burn in my sps tank before and have some doing well in the pc tank.

Do the bright shades need more light on these?

I agree with Tim... Zoas can stay closed for some time after shipping I have had several not yet open since I brought them back from victoria 2 weeks ago. Their tissue looks healthy, just not open.

Man do they have some nice corals in!
