no no, you never bid this early in the auction
LOL - Sometimes that works. I tend to be a sniper...I'll place an initial bid, and then the last 10 seconds or so of the auction, I'll place my limit bid. Has worked well so far :P
Thankfully, we don't need more blasto - we've got all three colors growing well in our tank.

Attitude is everything in the hobby to me. If one has something I want & it is a fair deal Im on it. Now sometimes premiums are made on the really cool stuff. Its the name of the game. I understand it, however I have & will pay it again if it is just the coolest thing to me. I bet if one made him an offer that was fair & not insulting to them they would of taken the offer. I have been very pleased with the service form F.A. , they have earned my business. If they want to sale a piece only on Ebay then so be it.

Whos picking on FA???..and if anybody does, hey, it comes with the game...Im not faithful to any store, (as you can tell im a two faced @#$%&! who shops where i get the best price)..so all this store defending thing ive seen here is a ( __________ ).

As for ebay...Really nice stuff costs money..ive seen tanks fully stocked...with the nastiest stuff available..so im all up for ebay and auctions and all..if your tank has 2 corals, but are NICE..hats off..

Just wanted to chime in with my opinion... but first... everything don said I agree with.

Felipe and Sarah have been very good to me. I dont make many retail purchases because I was fortunate enough to get a few wonderful deals from great hobbists and my tanks about as full as its going to get, but the few retail purchases I've made from FA have been great. I wanted to buy an FA pink birdsnest but it was on ebay so I couldnt buy it. Felipe (having only met me once before) remembered me wanting a birdsnest and saved me one with a crab hosting in it. Now thats personal service!!! That birdsnest is doing great in my tank today. He also saved me from buying a poor coral a week later.

I think eBay has many positives... I'm not going to debate the price issue of ebay. There are just to many variables, i.e. if I were living in a town without a LFS I would pay far more than I do living in a town with several choice of great stores like SA or Austin. FA online is providing a service and if FA can make a few bucks doing it, well... thats the american way... go for it FA

    just my opinion...
