I saw one in action at Aquatek on their 120. Pretty nice waves but not as big as you described. They must have it turned down or something.

yes you have to dial it in. when i bought it i did what i normally do throw away the directions and i tried it at dans house, we could not get a wave to start in it we tried for about 20 min. then dan told me we have to adjust it, but we never tried it again i figured the box was not big enoughf for that size tank, but then i hooked it up in my tank and i had to unplug it becasue it was about to go over my overflow :wacko

I've been reading up on the wavebox but quit when I saw the price. It does sound like it would be a good product.
