It can be hard to keep. You must have great water quality and a heavy Oxygen load. A skimmer is almost a must for this fish. Once you get one going and healthy though they can be tough as nails.

"...was thinking of adding a powder blue-mystic angel-nasa all at one time, there all very small and in the same tank."

DUDE - LOL...Please don't take this the wrong way, but too much!
Ok, I was following your "New Tank Mate" thread, in which we've already determined you have a 12" puffer, a grouper ("spotted" as you said, which is probably a Panther...he may be smaller now, but will reach over 27" :o ) and maybe some other fish (?) in a 125G aquarium. It's irrelevant that the Powder Blue tang, a Mystic Angel (?), and the Naso tang are small right now...they won't stay that way, and you've already got pretty much all the bio-load you need in that 125G tank with a foot long puffer *alone*...not to mention the grouper.

My kindest suggestion is thus...if you want these other fish, set up another tank....Please! ;)
