I have to agree on the Cop thing. A couple of years ago I caught one outside of my window with no less than a light meter lol. I went around the side of the house and caught him off guard and asked him what in the heck he was up to like a peeping tom lol. And he told me about the light check and growing those funny plants. I said well heck it is a reef tank and he said what lol. I asked him to come on in and I would show him but nope lol. So all I had to do was open the front door and he could see the tank. He must have been new to this sort of thing as all he did was drop his jaw lol. What you need those kind of lights on a fish tank lol. No problems since then.
