Thread: Mr. Berghia!

    Default Mr. Berghia!

Well, we all know about the great work done by ~Pete~ and Dan, and we see the LFS accolades, and the on-line vendor customer service testimonials ... BTW, I agree with all of these!

But ... if you haven't had the pleasure of buying some of Larry's (Instar) little Berghia nudibranch "pets", you are really missing out! Larry's care in packaging, handling, and acclimation & placement instructions make you feel like you just bought a litter of adorable little puppies, not an Aptasia SWAT team

It is great that MAAST members have access to this type of resource - a fellow member that is breeding and distributing a much needed predator for our hobby with the goal of improving the quality of our hobby experience, improved survival of our livestock, and squashing those evil little 100 tentacle *&%&^#$# into oblivion

Larry's pricing on these little dudes is VERY competitive, and being local we get fresh happy little nudies :unsure

Then, a great deal of the conversation with Larry revolves around how best to package these critters for sale for ease of use & survivability, and how to drive the price down ... amazing!

    Thanks Larry!

Oh, and he has a neat little web site started @ www.berghia.net

This hobby & this organization is [insert an amazing phrase here!]

I can say that Larry was incredibly helpful and obviously informed... he drove from well south of san antonio to deliver 3 of these nudies to me... great guy! I cant wait until I get a population surge in about 2 months... I should have taken his advise and bought 6

    thanks larry

I can give you plenty of aptasia to seed your tank with if you are serious.

Just take one aiptasia and run it through a power head and you will have more than you could ever imagine. Every individual cell becomes an aiptasia seed.
