What problems are you having taking pics? Color doesnt look right, blurry images, fish moving too fast for ya ;) ....
Hold the lens up to the glass if not using a tripod. You'll get less glare, and it will help you stabilize the camera. Also, dont use a flash, that will tend to make the corals look brown, and if the lens isnt up against the glass, you'll get a glare. You can also use a magnifying glass in front of the camera to get a little closer.
