Brittle Star caught in the act ...
was working on the computer when I noticed one of my brittle stars crawling around with the lights on ....
I thought to myself ... she never comes out during the day, I sould try and take some pics ....
Just as I'm ready to snap a pic, my brittle strar arches her back and releases her clutch of eggs into the water columm. She released so many eegs that the water turned pink for about 5 minutes .....
My filter feeders must be in heaven ....
