I really wish "Good Intentioned" people would take the time to check the "Hoax & Rumor" sites before posting stuff like this. I get numerious emails from friends of mine that "panic" eaisly from these hoaxes and they pass it along to EVERYONE they know.

It is like throwing a stone in a lake. Once the ripples start, you just can't stop them.

People, people, people. Just because someone sends something to you in an email, doesn't make it so. If you ever see the phrase "Please send this to everyone you know", take a couple of minutes to research it for its validity before "passing it along". Try doing a Google search.

Assume all email "alerts" are hoaxes unless you can prove otherwise!

That would probably work as well. However, I would not be able to notify my "good-intentioned" friends when they do send out a hoax if it is auto-deleted. I am trying to train them to use either a Google search or to at least check one of the many Hoax buster sites to validate their "warnings" prior to having them sent out. If I keep busting them on it, maybe they will learn to check first, send later.

One can only hope. I am an optimist by nature.

Personally, my favorite is www.snopes.com. I'm kind of like Polkster. I send alot of messages to family in a somewhat-vain attempt to educate them.

i agree regardless if this is a hoax men and women need to make sure to protect drinks and watch out. These drugs might not do everything posted but i am sure there are drugs that, can and are placed in drinks.

snopes rocks, Symantec runs a site as well, but snopes is pretty much on top of it. First thing I did when I read this is zip over and check it out.
