    Default Frag Farmer

I just wanted to give a very positive endorsement for Frag Farmer.

Eric did a great job of sending me emails to keep me upto date on the status of my order. When UPS was late in delivering today he actually called to tell me that it was late and he was already starting a search. He was following mine and a few other orders to make sure they were delivered. I have never seen this level of conscientousness with any other online vendor. The level of customer service is outstanding. Eric had UPS call me to inform me that the shipment arrived. I had just talked to my wife a few minutes before and heard the same thing from her. I am very pleased. This is very different from some previous online orders I have placed where I had to constantly call the vendor when a shipment was late. Eric was very proactive and concerned about the status of my shipment.

    Definitely a positive experience.

I'm sitting here waiting for my tort to start to color up again. I know that's natural with the colored corals like that. I had the same thing happen with the purple monster. That doesn't make me any less anxious though.

As with everything in this hobby, patience.

    Wendy,

I'll try to get a photo diary of the tort as it colors up. It was a lot larger than I was expecting. It has about 4-5 branches on it. It came in brown, but that is to be expected.
