Well, while incredibly beautiful and somewhat timeless, Anemones are not much more than sea water, flesh, and a few nerves... I think we can assume the process of finding a nice spot goes something like this.
If Light OK = No then Move
If Light Ok = Yes then Check Flow
If Flow OK = No then Move
If Light Ok = Yes then Check Flow
If Flow OK = Yes then Check Temperature
and so on and so forth, on to "can I stick my foot in a nice deep crack and feel safe here?"
basically, all things being said, if your anemone likes the spot and doesn't object to the change a 2 inch movement in his home brings, and all other conditions are optimal, it will probably continue to hang out.
