What type of lights are you keeping?
I tend to like bubble tips...

There is only one natural host for the maroon clown, and that is the bubble tip anemone.
You will need to be running power compacts, VHO's or metal halide to keep one.

I got a maroon clown a few months ago after an incident with some saddleback clowns and starfish. Anyway, I have a red bubble tip anomone in the tank when I got the maroon clown, and the maroon took right to the anomone. I'ts pretty much stayed in there off and on ever since. Haven't tried any other anomones, but I know the clown sure likes the RBTA.Originally Posted by kjswift

CB Pets is currently going through rennovations, but the last batch of RBTA's they got in were absolutely stunning, if you don't find one I am sure Richard will order for you.
