Krusty,
Your tank is going through cycling like when it was new. A lot of nutrients got released from the moving process. I've been there. I moved my tanks 3 times within 13 months. Here's what I found that worked best for me.
1. Frequent large water changes. I did weekly 10-20% water changes.
2. Run carbon and change the carbon out frequently to help removes soluble organic nutrients.
3. Aggresive Skimming
4. Run phosphate absorber to remove as much phosphate as possible. Change it out weekly.
5. Add algae grazers. Mini hermits always worked the best for me.
6. Mechanically remove as much as hair algae as possible.
7. Mechanically filter your water. I use sock filters on the hoses coming from my overflows to the sump. Clean these filters frequently.
8. Hold off on adding any fish until the bloom has peaked out. Some fish like tangs and algae blennies will help contol algae growth, but won't remove it. Besides, they are recycling a lot of the nutrients back into the water.
9. Be paitent.
