Yeah, definately would need to be behind some rocks or have some other way to lessen the force of the flow from the Tunze in that small of a tank. I tried one in my 75 and it created a huge sandstorm! The other bad thing about the Tunze is that without a controller on it, you are getting the same flow pattern all the time in the tank. It helps to have a somewhat more random flow and/or flow from different directions. While I hate having powerheads in my tank, the two I have on a Wavemaster Pro like Josh mentioned make a big difference on my tank. I'm running a Ampmaster 2100 main return pump and a Mag12 on a closed loop and I had stagnate areas before I added the Wavemaster and MJ1200's.
