I don't think that will work. Chiller water from the first will keep the second's thermostat from kicking on.
Why a second? Sell the one you have on the for sale forum and buy a larger one.
the thermostat is inside my tank the chiller will still run so i am thinking the water going into the second chiller will just be colder

I guess it depends on how you have them set up. If you are using only one temp controller to power and regulate both of them at the same time, then they will both run the same amount of time so it doesn't matter. If you have them set up separately using their own built in temp controllers, then the second chiller will not be working nearly as much as the water coming into it has already been chilled once. This means the first chiller is working much harder and will wear out faster. Other than that, there is no reason why you couldn't just loop out of one into the other.

if i stick both probes next to each other in my sump then they should come on at the same time, my chiller is having a hard time keeping up, and i have the second chiller. If i am having a problem now i know forsure this summer will be a problem, does anyone know where blake got his chiller from i am thinking of getting one big chiller

If the temperature sensor is in the tank and not inside the chiller (some have built in thermostats), then they will both run at the same time and shut off once the tank water reaches the desired temp. This way the second one doesn't care what temp the water coming in is at, it is just going to keep chilling.
I think Blake got his from a company that was originally selling them on Ebay. I'm not sure if they are anymore, but if you PM Blake I'm sure he can get you a contact.

There is a 1HP chiller on Ebay currently. I didn't see any like what Blake had. If you are looking to buy a bigger one, also check with Minh in Corpus as he had a monster chiller on his 450g tank.

One concern in connecting them in serial is flow. Chilers really disrupt the flow, and pumping through two may reduce your pump flow alot?
I have a 1HP Pacific Coast inline - works great!
