If Im not mistaken, they will credit you full price on your next order minus shipping. They need to be notified within a predetermaned ammount of time though.

what I was saying was that since they throw shipping in "free" they take 50% out for shipping costs.

I did contact them. All we have to do is take pics of what died and they will credit it back to us on our next order. Since this was a group order I will pay cash for the credit. So I will give the cash now and keep the credit. Or you can keep the credit for yourself. I was just going to offer this since I set up the order.

That's a pretty cool policy actually! I've noticed some sites want you to not only send the coral back, but also send a sample of your tank water before they will give credit. Probably to discourage returns ;)
