Actually PS elements, but close enough ...
Im looking to get a background img to stay put and place a gif on top of it and then save as 1 file so the background stays put and my text that pulses ... pulses. I know Im missing something simple, but if anyone can help Id appreciate it!!

Pete, I could be wrong, but I don't think photoshop does that, I think you need Flash. Otherwise, you are looking at creating an animated gif, which again, you would probably be bettero off creating inflash or fireworks.

I can create the .gif in ps I just cant get the back ground and .gif together without the backgroung animated also.
