    Default feather dusters disappeared

    Hi,
Well another meeting came and past and I missed out again. Maybe next month! I am sure it was great.

To the point, I was in on the last Reeftopia order and part of my order were a couple of feather dusters. The acclimated fine and were doing well in the tank but, yesterday I noticed that they had been moved from thier spots and were not open. I did a partial WC yesterday and since I was rearranging stuff I decided to take a look at them.

To make a long story short (too late  ) I noticed thier tubes were empty. Can someone tell me what may have happened to them. What could have sucked them out of thier tubes?

well, featherdusters are worms, so they sometimes leave their tubes when they are unhappy with the water quality or their position in the tank..that has happened in my tank before, i find them somewherelese where the water flow is better and the chances of them catching food are greater.

    Silverchair,
Thanks for the info. I did not know they could do that. I am sure that if that is the case they will pop out sometime then. Thanks!

I'm glad I resisted the temptation to get a duster at FA yesterday, then Still have one peppermint to catch.
