    don't do it.... send the ds and he can buy more games on ebay with other people..... matter of fact I would really check his ebay ratings...

    Sounds too weird for me. And where does he live that he can't buy games? If he can access the internet from where he is now, he can buy them online, right?

    also if this was true about games it would be diff region codes... but then again I don't know if gameboy games have different region codes...

    from what I've heard, Nintendo did away with region codes for the DS, so he shouldn't have a problem buying games himself.
