    newhomes4reef,
My favorite was a $10 tour of Fenway Park. The tour was offered 9AM-4PM for an hour, the only problem was I didn't find the tour desk until after I walked around Fenway Park twice. It is in the gift shop across the street from Gate A, if anyone going Boston. The tour lets you take your own camera, so tons pictures. If people wanted to see pictures I can post them. O'yea the Legal's chouda was great !!!

    texasranchers,
Could you tell me still the sights and things to do. Just wanted to see if I missed anything.

Honestly the people in Boston are a little different. I don't know if it was because I had a Texas cap on at all times but they are not as nice as the people in Texas. I would go out on a limb and say some are rude. I tried to find parking on the street one day and saw a lady get out of her car and cursed another lady out for stealing her spot; which is understandable. After about 15 mins. I drove around the block and saw an open spot, I clearly signaled for the spot. As I tried to back into the spot the got behind me; got go of her car and cursed at me for taking her spot. She was no wear near the spot when I signaled? I told her fine you can try to get in there if she wanted. She had a wagon and I had a echo; after three tries she could not parallel it. She took off without a hand wave or anything. But over all the people are nice.

Here is part of our trip. I'm sure I have left some things out. But I tried to remember to get it all in. We were there around Sept. 23, this year.

Boston was beautiful and we enjoyed it so much. We took the Freedom Trail, visited the Pigram's Plantation, went to Plymouth Rock, toured Mayflower II, visited and toured Lexington, Conquer, Bunker Hill, and Bred's Hill battle grounds. Actually saw the graves of many many men, women, children of the history books, Paul Revere, John Hancock. Saw the Old State House and toured it, the Old South Meeting House.
One evening we had a splendid meal at the Ole Oyster House. Original location.
We did get in a baseball game at Fenway Park. The fans there were so appreciative of their Red Sox. The cheers were trembling the old park seats, the stomping, clapping.

During our vacation we flew out, drove a rental car, rode a train, subway, trolly, bus and walked many miles. It was glorious to see.
