Rotten Egg Smell

My house was built two years ago. I have two water heaters and receive water from Canyon Lake Water Supply. Over the last few months, we have noticed or should I say smelt hydrogen sulfide coming from the water out of our kitchen and guest bathroom. These two rooms are from one of the water heaters. The other side of the house, supported by the other heater, does not have this smell.

Any suggestions?

I'd check the Ventpipes on the roof. I they are plugged You will get that smell as well.
