The hose barb on the drain of my main tank broke last night and I could not remove the bulkhead. I called Feilpe and he drove across town to bring me a new bulkhead and remove the one that was there which I could not remove myself. Now that's what I call customer service!!! I can't wait to pick up my special order fish today. You saved my night and my tank.
