Hey, just wanted to let you guys know, our shipment is arriving at 6 p.m. tonight, due to difficulties with our airline carrier. The hose barb on the drain of my main tank broke last night and I could not remove the bulkhead. I called Feilpe and he drove across town to bring me a new bulkhead and remove the one that was there which I could not remove myself. Now that's what I call customer service!!! I can't wait to pick up my special order fish today. You saved my night and my tank.

If anything just cannot go wrong, it will anyway.
Great place!!!!! I will be doing a lot of business there. I just hope the customer service STAYS as good as it is.......

Have been going there on regular basis - great store, selection, and service. Sarah and Felipe are super and the prices are reasonable.
Markster - they are on the corner of Higgins and Nacogdoches in small strip mall behind gas station and to the right of Toms Ribs parking lot (looking at Toms)
