Hi Eleyan -
From the pictures, it might be ich. I would recommend ParaGuard by SeaChem. Its Fish, Filter, and invert safe... and I have used it with very good results! Its effective on ectoparasites (ie. ich, etc) as well external lesions (fungal/bacterial/viral) and contains no formalin, copper or methanol!

AA will order some for you, just let Mike know. Also, Kathy @ Gallery of Pets in Austin has been very helpful and even loaned me some when I had a very sick fish and my order wasn't in! An 8oz bottle runs about $8 at AA... which is not bad! Also, it can also be used in FW tanks if you have any of those.

I have a tiny bit left that you are welcome to have if you're interested... it might be a couple of days until it comes in (no one in Austin stocks the stuff, that I know of anyhow).

Anyhow... I hope this helps! A very gorgeous majestic btw...

My water parameters look fine (8-8.2PH, 0 amonia, 0 nitrites, 20ppm nitrates and 1.023 SG, 80 deg temp) I've been using malafix and primafix based on mike at austin aquariums recomendation, but it doesn't look like its helping. here are a couple of photos (this guy moves too fast for my macro zoom, so they are not the best quality):
