Can you mix a clown trigger with a humu in a 135G? is it better to have more than 2 to spread the agression?
I'm trying to think up fish combinations for my new tank. Any ideas?

135 will barely be adequate for the Clown if he reaches maturity (they can get over a foot easily in captivity). Both are wild cards but the clown might eventually kill the huma along with everything else someday.

MMMMM I've done it many times.
It depends on the personalities of the individual triggers. I've had Humas that were far meaner than any of clowns that I've had. The important thing for triggers is to have plenty of hiding holes. Humas and clowns usually get along as long as they don't feel they have to protect their sleeping hole.
Mike, scratch the clown then. will the humu do well with other large fish (angels, tanks and so on)?

Larger angels and surgeons should be able to hold their own.Originally Posted by eleyan

i agree with mike, no to the clown, the picasso trigger will be fine, but do get like 9inches, if u want more triggers, should get the picasso, and some other more passive triggers...ya a trigger, angel, and big sugeon fish tank would be cool...
