Anyone have any experience ordering from these guys? The wesite is www.bigalsonline.com . They seem to have some pretty good pricing on new Mag pumps (that's what I am looking for).

Also, they have a decent canistar filter, Fluval 404 for about $100 less than the LFS'.

Good or bad, please let me know.

I buy from them all the time. They have points you can get stuff with, and if you wait until Wednesday you get double pointes.

Excellent. Too bad they have that AWFUL logo of that Shark with the Biker hat on. Good pricing though.

Well, I think they are based in Canada... what can you expect.

Just a heads up, but with basic shipping, it usually takes a week to get my order.

From what I've been told they now have a warehouse in the US.


Normal UPS ground takes a week anyhow unless you are in the same state.

I've ordered from them a few times with no problems.
