    Default Feeding Yellow Tangs

What do yall feed yours and how often? Right now I'm feeding mine SeaWeed Selects(green ones), I make sure there is some always in there, my 2 turbos finish it off at night, Nutrafin MAX marine flakes twice a day. And sometimes I throw in some krill scraps that I feel are not meaty enough for my anemone. He still looks a little thin, but he is fatter and darker compared to when I got him.

I feed mine Formula 1 flake, Formula 2 flake regularly plus some frozen brine now and then, a variety pack of frozen foods now and then, some nori from the oriential section in the grocery store now and then, live cracked open black mussels from the deli now and then, and caulerpa from the fuge. They'll eat anything and everything. They need to eat several times a day or a lot a least once a day.

He is looking better now. He looks normal and happy when I watch him from the couch, but if I get close to the tank he freaks out and looks like he is having spasms. Is this normal?

my yellow tang is a bit skittish...he'll hide if anyone but me or baby xdude comes to the glass.

He'll eat nori from my fingers on occasion and I've had him for years.

I can't do that anymore since I got my cowfish. He's too big for me to hold food in place and
    trust him.

My tangs eat anything, but I throw caulerpa from the refugium in there a few times a week! They love it.

i feed mine Julian Sprung's Sea Veggies the stuff rocks, everyone else eats it too, but i've noticed recently that feeding them romaine lettuce really brings out their color. from a meaty side, i feed mysis, krill, and clam. they really like the clams when they can get a hold of it before the triggers do.
