Would this be ok for a 10 gallon nano? I really don't want to spend more the $50 for a 10 gallon. Or what about these http://maast.org/index.php?name=PNph...7&start=20 air driven ones?

samiam_orami was selling 2 prizm skimmers for $20 each. I got one for my 46G and it seems to be doing a great job, and its very compact. You should check if he still has the other one for sale.

It's a really LONG thread but what's come out of it is a surprisingly elegant and cheap DIY skimmer. I'm still thinking I might build one for my nanocube.

yep - thats the cheapest I've seen one, esp. with the pump. If you try one out let me know how it works for you. I've got a 10 gal nano I've thought about putting one on.
