This is what I came up with..
Looks like it will do the job well. Just hope I sealed it up good enough...guess we'll find out tommorow.
Can you re-seal over silicone or if there is a leak will I have to rip it all off and do it over again?

PeeJ I would'nt think you would have to reseal them even if it had a small leak or two. The water rolling over it wont have the presure to leak. They look Great! Let us know how it works for you.

You should not reseal over the silicone. Silicone does not stick to itself, so if You do leak You will have to take it apart and clean out all the old silicone before You apply new.

I had the PVC elbow on there, but It just looked really bulky and cheap. I built these for about 7 bucks. Ganna test it out today sometime and see if it works.
It isn't the water coming over it I'm worried about it....I'm worried about filling the tank up right before it starts to spill over and have water slowly leaking into the boxes from around the seems.

It worked good and held water....there are small air bubbles in the silcon though...how does that happen?
