If you need bulkheads look in the elctrical deartment at home depot. they are used to attach PVC conduit to electrical boxes. They have them from 3/4" up to 2 1/2 or 3" in slip on or threaded.. and they are cheap. You might have to cut a gasket but thats easy enough...
