George I would consider the Tunze regulator. It has the needle valve on it already. It really does control the bubble rate well. I paid like 70 bucks for mine. Aquatek in Austin. I also purchased my 5 lb. aluminum bottle next door at the brewing place. It was the largest I felt safe putting in my home. They can be a bomb. :-o I paid like 85 bucks for it.
