    Default NEW 4 LEGGED ADDITION

Thought you guys might like to see our new addition to our family. She is an 8 week Akita female.

She flew in to Houston on Sat and I picked her up there. She came from Spokane, Washington.

My boy isn't to sure why I brought her home yet. He is not very happy.

For a pet it ranges from 500 to 800.

I sure hope your prepared to care for him. They require at least a 10000 gallon aquarium plus they produce alot of waste so you'll need 5 or 6 of Matt's monster skimmers. ...Great Dog!!!

Both my dogs are house dogs, and for sure, thank goodness for central air.

Akitas are great dogs. My grandparents had one for the longest time. Very gentle with children, and very protective of everyone in the family. He would let my little cousin ride on his back like he was a horse. Of course he was about the size of a horse. If you ever hear it bark you know something is wrong. The only time my grandparents ever barked was when something was about to hit the fan. You wont ever have any problems with critters now. He will be more then happy to eat any rat, mouse, or any other critter he can find. Make sure he does get loose though, he will eat any other dog he can find too. They are great dogs though. I cant wait till I get house, that way I can add one to my pack of dogs.
